Par Sands Holiday Park

The facilities were below average , the pool is small and over chlorinated in my opinion, they seem to have a problem with the local youth population as while we were their their were a few awning's/tents broken into and they decided to set fire to the surrounding woodland, we found the beach very poor which meant driving to other beaches which defeated the point of booking the site in the first place.
The site otherwise is good but please be a little bit more security conscious on this site.

On a final note none of the major problems were down to the site owners their is a public foot path that goes through the site which gives open access to the local undesirables.

Booked this site for the second week of our holiday, Two adults and four teenage girls, pleasent site, wardens very very helpful and always polite, Bit off the main roads, beware of the china clay factory which is huge and can be noisy at night, if you have a big caravan insist that you get a suitable size pitch, Swimming pool is MINUTE, we would loved to have used it as our weather was bad, if weather is good the beach is very good. The advertising sugests shops and a chippy are within walking distance, correct if you want your food cold. DIRECTIONS to the site are required as it is NOT sign posted. local markets are good, be prepared to travel for anything else. I would return (without the kids)!!!!!!
