We came here the first year opened and have been coming back ever since. Great site - clean, quiet and very friendly owners. We feel like part of the family now !!!!!

We only had a few nights at this lovely tranquil site
we wished it could have been more. The ameneties were
extreemly good and the peace and quiet was just what was wanted after a long motor-way drive.

Nestled in open countryside on a working farm, this is a quiet and relaxing site for adults only. Beaconsfield Farm is just north of the county town of Shrewsbury. Frequent Park and Ride buses will get you there if you want to leave the car behind. Telford and the Iron Bridge Gorge are within easy reach for day trips. The pitches are hardstanding with electric, water and waste drainage. An indoor heated pool, coffee shop, licensed restaurant and fishing pools – both fly and coarse – are also provided.

The winding driveway up to the gate of Beaconsfield Farm gives visitors an ideal opportunity to relax after their journey, in preparation for a wind-down stay at this tranquil adults-only site. The site’s perimeter takes in fields dotted with sheep and a pond surrounded by rushes, which
is available for use by anglers.
Visitors to Beaconsfield will immediately be impressed with its high standards. Passion and enthusiasm has gone into every aspect of the park. The facilities are second to none, and include spacious and well thought out washing facilities for the disabled.
The indoor pool has an open session every morning (separate tariff) and may be booked by the hour during the afternoon. A small coffee-and-cake shop adjoins this area, where you can relax after
a refreshing dip.
The cosy Bothy Restaurant has an outside deck for dining on balmy summer evenings, and extended opening hours during the high season. Here you can enjoy à la carte meals prepared by the resident chef. The Sunday lunches are very popular.
A frequent park and ride bus service will take you into the county town of Shrewsbury, making this a great base from which to explore the town. If you take your car, it is just a half hour’s drive to the south. Straddling the banks of the River Severn, this charming town provides a rich mixture of High Street retailers and more eclectic shopping, and historic and cultural attractions.

The three-quarter-mile drive to this adults-only site will set the tone for your stay. It winds past fields dotted with sheep and a pond surrounded by rushes before arriving at this lakeside park.

This adults-only (over 21) site is located close to the A49, and is well signposted from the A5 to Wales. The mile from the motorway to Beaconsfield – past a pond surrounded by bullrushes and bucolic fields of cows and sheep to either side
– helps set the tone for your stay.
Security is good, with an entry barrier operated by PIN numbers and CCTV coverage, while a key is needed to access the toilets and facilities.
The layout is beautiful: a patio area outside the newly opened restaurant is perfect for al fresco dining, and a small courtyard houses a fountain and a pool filled with koi carp. Next to the reception area is a small coffee shop which has books and leaflets on places to visit. The reception sells milk and bread, and a Tesco supermarket is ten minutes away.
Leisure facilities are very good. You can fish on the lake for a small fee, and bowls are available from reception to use on the green. For a small charge, visitors can cool off after a game in the smart indoor swimming pool. For those who like to fish there are fly- and course-fishing pools.
Touring pitches are a decent size and are spread out around the site. A few seasonal spots are also available. Dogs must be kept on a lead and their owners must clean up after them.
Sanitary facilities are of the highest order. The washrooms are exceptionally clean and light, with a toilet and shower designed for disabled guests. The water in the showers is hot, plentiful and free.
