How to get there

From the M6:
Junction 32: Join the A6 and head north, after 8 miles turn left at traffic lights onto the B5272 Cockerman Road, after 1 1/2 miles turn right at Smithy Garage and go over the canal bridge, the park is on the right hand side.
Junction 33: Join the A6 and head south towards Garstang, after 2 miles turn right opposite the Little Chef onto Cabus Nook Lane, after 1 mile the park is on the left hand side.

A superb family owned Leisure Park of seven acres located in an idyllic rural setting, the park has a small stocked fishing lake in the centre and is surrounded on two sides by the Preston to Lancaster Canal.
In addition to a complete range of new and used holiday homes we are now proud to offer Custom Luxury Lodges in our new Lakeside Lodge Development
the park is open 11 months and most of our customers are middle aged or semi retired.
